How To Follow The Rules Of Health

There goes the proverb that "Health is wealth".So, we can realize the importance of health from the wise saying that "When money is lost, nothing is lost but when health is lost, something is lost".Health is the root of all happiness.But it is not easy to maintain good health.In order to keep good health, we have to follow certain rules of health.First, we have to take regular physical exercise.There are different forms of physical exercises such as swimming, walking, riding, playing ha - du - du, dariabanda, etc.Then, we have to get up early in the morning and take any sort of exercise we like.Next, we may take another form of exercise in the afternoon and that is walking or playing football.After that, we have to take some rest and need to take more nutritious food to improve our health.Finally, following the above - mentioned instructions we may improve our health.
